AlphaCPQ application setup is done by the PhaseAlpha team in the first 30 days. After that, AlphaCPQ is designed to let your team self-implement users, product data, pricing, and documents.

However, many companies don’t have the resources to self-implement large product lines because it takes time away from their core duties. We have found that most companies want us to add their products information for them quickly so they can stay focused on their jobs, then do self-maintenance once the application is implemented.

We have been doing this a long time and have found that no two companies have the same implementation needs. And most don’t have a budget line item for a CPQ that will grow their sales. It’s ok – that’s typical.
